As the weather warms, daylight increases and the pandemic recedes again, finally, probably, hopefully, we have a planned a nice full month of activities! They include day drinking, collage making, duel pop-ups and a whole ton of new beer. Check in out!

March 3 – March 6
The first weekend in March is our 6th Anniversary Weekend! We have so many fun things planned! Like new beer. Tons of new beer.

Friday, March 11 – Jaju Pierogi/Goodnight Fatty – 5pm
We are so excited for this. These two juggernaut businesses had their brewery pop-up debut at our taproom back in 2016 and they have agreed to this duel pop-up to help us celebrate our anniversary month. It should be a fun night fueled with butter, sour cream and sugar! Oh, and beer.

Saturday, March 12 – BSG Collage Making – 12-2pm
Sign up for local artist Brian Gordon‘s collage making class! If you haven’t taken one yet, or if you don’t think you are creative enough, you are exactly the person who should attend. Brian will lead you through the process and bring a plethora of material to choose from. It is a low-key and fun activity for any human, young or old. Purchase tickets here!

St. Patrick’s Day Weekend

Thursday, March 17 – Opening at 10am!!!
To begin the “weekend” right, and early, we are opening at 10am and starting a mini-cask festival with Backbeat Brewing. We will have four casks (Imperial Porter, Stout, Bitter, Dark Mild) on the bar ready for day drinking and Backbeat will have a nice selection as well. No collabs this time around, just great cask beer on Park Street. Bring your favorite corned beed or pastrami sandwich or bring a whole damn boiled dinner if you like. And make sure you wear green, lest you get pinched!

Friday, March 28 – Hand Pie Pop-up w/ Source Bakery – 4-8pm
Source Bakery will be here with some wonderful savory dinner options to compliment the cask beer you will consume! Get here early if you want some of this deliciousness.

Saturday, March 19 – Barre Fight at the Brewery – 10:45-12pm & Hill Country Market Tacos @ 12:30pm
Join wellness coach, Marissa Szabo, for this fun, high energy class at the taproom! The $25 ticket includes a post-fight flight. Get your workout in early-ish and enjoy some beer and tacos afterwards.

Oh, tacos, you say?! That’s right! Robert is going to roll in with all his fixins for a Texas BBQ taco party! Get here early and get yours!

Saturday, March 26 – BSG Collage Making – 12-2pm
Couldn’t make the March 12 class? Want to do it again, or keep working on your creation? Join Brian for another round! Tickets can be found here!

Sunday, March 27 – Gentile Book Club – 12pm
The newly-formed Gentile Book Club will meet at high noon to discuss the first chosen book, Black Cake by Charmaine Wilkerson. If you missed the first meeting, no big deal! Grab a copy of this book, read it, and come prepared to discuss and then help choose the next book! If you would like to see what books were offered up for consideration at the first meeting, check out this Google Poll. Add your responses and come to this meeting! We would love to have you join!

Wednesday, March 30 – Slider and Beer Flight Night at A&B Burgers
Paul will be on hand at A&B Burgers in Beverly to kick off our two week slider pairing residency. Come down for dinner and experience this fun partnership and talk beer and food with Paul. Family will likely be in attendance as well, since we all love A&B’s!

So, like we said, there is a lot planned for you so come on down to the taproom this month! We cannot wait to see you!
