So many fun things happening this month! Our first seasonal beer in cans! The outdoor patio opens! Taco pop-up! Mother’s Day brunch! BBQ, Burgers and Falafel! And we are starting a Beer Garden at Hale Farm?! This is crazy!

Thursday, May 2 – Can Release – Divergent #15 and Farmhouse
We are so excited for our next can release. Not only do we have a new recipe of Divergent (Crosby Hop Farm 2017 hop blend and a haze-inducing ale yeast) but we are also offering our first seasonal beer, Farmhouse, in cans! Both will be available in limited quantities so make sure to get here and get yours.

Friday, May 3 – Empanada Dada – 5-9pm
Empanada Dada returns with his stuffed fried pockets of deliciousness. Fingers crossed though to also have Cuban sandwiches and french fries. Yum!

Sunday, May 5 – Cinco de Mayo Taco Pop-up – 1-4pm
TACOS from our friends at 3 Kitchens Catering, plus some bonus spicy lager! The End.

Friday, May 10 – Bonetown Burgers – 5-9pm
Big Daddy pulls up the burger truck and will be slinging tots till dawn. Well, probably just till 9pm but come on down for a juicy burger!

Sunday, May 12 – Mother’s Day Beer Brunch – 12-3pm
Treat mom or yourself to a Mother’s Day brunch hosted by 3 Kitchens. A smoked chicken and cornmeal waffle with sides of brisket hash, bacon and/or potato hash. Kid Dream will also be here with their mobile coffee bar for your caffeine needs.

Saturday, May 18 – BBQ & Brews w/3 Kitchens – 2-6pm
So, Lauren is the best. She is super talented and can make so many different styles of food well. She is coming back with her smoker to make brisket and pulled pork, with sides of coleslaw and potato salad. Do you remember Smokin’ Betty’s? Do NOT miss this!

Thursday, May 30 – Lexie’s Burger Bus – 5-8pm
Lexie’s Burger Bus is driving down from New Hampshire to make their wonderful burgers for us on a Thursday night. I know the Run Club is excited to have a food truck option post-run but Lexie will start serving a 5pm so let them do the cooking for you on a Thursday!

Friday, May 31 – Chez Rafiki’s Mediterranean Food Truck – 5-9pm
Rafiki returns to the taproom with his wonderful gyros, falafel and shawarma sandwiches and plates for Friday dinner. He also makes this Mediterranean poutine which is to die for!

Saturday, June 1 – Two Events at Two Locations
Fare Well Boston at The Taproom – 2-6pm
Scalzones – something delicious that you may or may not have had that you should have or have again. Picture a calzone, but instead of dough, use a scallion pancake. And they are working on some new flavors, so join us to taste-test!

Nourish Beverly at Hale Farm – 12-6pm
Kick off your summer with a creative outdoor festival hosted by Miranda’s Hearth and Historic Beverly! Get to know your community while picnicking in the yard, listening to local music, trying your hand at an art activity, or playing a lawn game. The festival is open to all ages, dogs are welcome! Tickets are $10, seniors & students are $5, and kids under 12 get in FREE! This is also the inaugural date for the Gentile Beer Garden at Hale Farm. We will be pouring beer from 2-6pm.
