New art! New beers! New food vendors! Come make some new memories with us!
Saturday September 1 – Joe Lovasco Art Show Opening – 5-8pm
Join us Saturday, September 1st from 5-8pm as we celebrate new artwork by Joe LoVasco on display in the tap room! Curated by SJ Art Consulting LLC, LoVasco’s new body of work, titled “Assemblages”, is entirely about form, using small pieces of wood to sculpt, assemble, paint, and collage his way to a final design. These unique, framed pieces will be on display until October 21st, 2018. All work will be available for purchase.
Light refreshments will be available, in addition to our beer and bar snacks.
Friday September 7 – Bon Chon – 5-9pm
Peter and family, from Bon Chon Salem, return to the taproom to share their delicious Korean-style creations! Their wings are amazing, the sauces are varied and the potstickers are sticky. Chances are they will not be able to come back across the bridge until after October so come join us for some Friday night fun!
Wednesday September 12 – Ryal Side Civic Association Fundraiser – 6-9pm
We are playing host to a Pizza and Pints Fundraiser for the Ryal Side Civic Association. The Gentiles are Ryal Siders and wanted to help support the rebirth of this great organization. Tickets and more details can be found on Facebook here.
Thursday September 13 – Double IPA Release – 4-10pm
We brew this beer twice a year for our anniversary in March and to celebrate The Brothers birthday in September. Clocking in around 7% ABV and dry-hopped with Four Star Farms Cascade and Centennial, this beer has the malt base to support the hop flavor. Expect big aromas of lemon and pine with a resin that balances nicely with the rich malts that make up the liquid.
Saturday September 15 – Whoo(pie) Wagon – 12-3pm
The Whoo(pie) Wagon is coming back the brewery and they are bringing their fresh whoopie pies to satisfy your Saturday morning sweet tooth. Bring the family and join us for what is sure to be a fun afternoon!
Thursday September 20 – Dunkel Release – 4-10pm
You may have heard this story already. The porter that we make as one of our year-round offerings is actually based on a dunkel recipe that Paul created as his first all-grain recipe when he was still a home brewer. He just swapped the lager yeast for an ale yeast. Last year, Chris Lohring and the team over at Notch were nice enough to open up their beautiful brewhouse for Paul to brew brew his original dunkel recipe (that had become the porter and would now become the dunkel again) but in a facility designed to brew a double-decocted dark lager. Fast forward to this year and we have been making a series of lagers since January. We decided to make the dunkel again, but this time on our two-vessel brewhouse. We may not have achieved the deep maltiness of a double-decocted beer, but what we did make sure is tasty. We like it and think you will too!
Friday September 21 – Bonetown Burgers – 5-9pm
Bonetown Burgers returns to Beverly for heavy metal inspired burger mayhem! Their Lemmy burger is a great vegetarian option. Come join us for a cold beer, a hot burger and some good times. Also, probably tots.
Saturday September 21 – Oath Pizza – 4-8pm
Oath Pizza makes their Gentile Brewing Company Taproom debut Saturday night. Check out their website for a sample of some of their pizza options. They all look mouth-watering. Pizza and beer is an easy one. Join us for a slice!
Thursday September 27 – Marika’s and Dunkelweizen Release – 4-10pm
Marika returns to the taproom Thursday evening. The menu is currently undecided but you can guarantee that she is bringing a pile of delicious German food.
We are also releasing this year’s Dunkelweizen. It is a dark wheat ale fermented with our Hefeweizen yeast and should pair spectacularly with whatever Marika creates.
Friday September 28 – Jaju Pierogi – 5-9pm
The Pierogi Sisters, Casey and Vanessa, are coming to visit us in Beverly and they are bringing their wonderful Polish dumplings. This picture is a throwback to when they first embarked on this journey, before they had a commercial kitchen in Lynn and a brick and mortar in Somerville. We are proud to have been their first brewery taproom pop-up and are excited to continue our combine success!
Saturday September 29 – 12-10pm German Beer Tap Takeover
So, remember all of those lagers and german ales we have made this year? Well, we saved some of each batch and are bringing them all back at once to take over the taps! Starting when we open on Saturday at Noon, gone will be our regular year-round offerings and seasonal beer. In their place will be the following

Corner Butcher Shop 5-9pm
Frank, Melinda and some of their team will make their grand return to the taproom and they are bringing loads of house made German sausages. Weisswurst, Knockwurst, Bratwurst. All the wurst plus the best sides. Sausage, beer and merriment, together at the taproom at last!
