About Gentile Brewing Company
About Us
Gentile Brewing Company is a family-owned and operated nano craft brewery located in Beverly, Massachusetts. As Beverly’s first craft beer taproom we are community-focused, family and dog-friendly, and strive for inclusivity in all that we do. Our beers can simply be enjoyed and not fussed over.
Gentile Brewing Company can be easily found in downtown Beverly, steps from the Beverly Depot MBTA station. The building at 59 Park Street was built in 1884 and originally housed Creesy Shoe Factory, among many other manufacturers over its storied 130 plus year history. Our beers pay homage to those who worked and lived in the Beverly community all of those years ago. We hope you’ll come visit us soon!

Meet the Team
Paul Gentile
Co-Owner, Brewer
Paul’s love affair with craft beer started in 2005 when his mother bought him a homebrew kit for his birthday. His interest in brewing continued to grow, while he homebrewed often for family and friends. During the Summer of 2008 Paul decided to jump into the craft beer industry with both feet when he was hired by Mercury Brewing Company (Ipswich Ale) in Ipswich, MA. Starting on the bottling line, Paul quickly learned all aspects of brewery operations including, but not limited to, cleaning tanks, filling kegs, fixing fillers and eventually tackling logistics and finance. Under the direction of former Ipswich Ale head brewer Dan Lipke, Paul started professionally brewing in the fall of 2009. He was instrumental in helping brew the full line of Ipswich Ale beers, in addition to many of the contract beers brewed at Mercury Brewing, including Clown Shoes, Slumbrew and Notch Brewing.
After successfully making his first batch of craft beer in 2005, Paul knew that he eventually wanted to open a craft brewery in his community. That dream has become a reality.

Caroline LeBlanc
Brewer
After training for a year, Caroline took over brewing duties in the later summer of 2020. She quickly gained confidence and the quality of the beers she makes proves she has the skill.
Lady Gentile
Security
Adopted from Puerto Rico via Northeast Animal Shelter, she is the best dog in the world. She even has her own song. Camille will sing it for you if you ask nicely. She spends her days chasing the sunshine around the house or guarding the yard from squirrels and birds. While at the brewery, she can be found chasing the sunshine and greeting visitors.
